Saudi Arabia’s Challenges for Women in Employment
Women’s road to a full participation in Saudi Arabia’s work force is becoming promising. The workforce in Saudi Arabia for Women is only made up of about 15%, at this time. The potential is great for their untapped potential in it’s labor force. The Legislative, occupational and educational constraints, in the Saudi Arabia labor market prevent women from fully participating. A dynamic market economy could happen, if they were to overcome these constraints. A major step in preparing Saudi Arabia women would be to introduce a national educational system. A supportive environment for these Women is necessary, in order to help them in the workforce.
